  • Overview

    Advantage Business Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Saas Sales Engineer to effectively conduct pre-sales discussions with C - Suite decision makers and other technical personnel to actively close sales using our Mobius platform solutions. You must have the ability to position yourself as a trusted advisor and become an influencer with internal stakeholders while presenting to clients with complicated technologies and architectures. Conversations range from simplistic to in-depth technological discussions with varying levels of complexities. As a Sales Engineer, you must possess the ability to assess the clients' needs and effectively link our product value, features/benefits to those needs during client pitches. Must be skilled at closing deals that are more advanced in scope and size.

    Responsibilities

    Build awareness of capabilities within our markets focusing on data analytics and return on marketing spend during presentations to client
    Communicate highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences while influencing Senior Leadership and decision-makers of the value of products being sold
    Assist Account Directors in achieving sales revenue targets (with an emphasis on driving revenue)
    Attend sales/client meetings and actively participate in the pitch and retention process
    Attend pre-sales meetings to prep for upcoming pre-sales calls with high end clients
    Leverage established relationships and proven sales techniques for successful closure of business at high rates
    Deploy a strong customer focus that conveys responsiveness and competence
    Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with ABM's core values

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience

    At least 7 years experience with Software-as-a-Service sales with million dollar industries
    Analytical by nature with strong problem solving skills and the ability to learn and apply technologies to address business challenges
    Superior knowledge of the practices and principles related to sales techniques
    Proficiency with a range of relevant digital marketing platforms including but not limited to: Salesforce, Tableau, Einstein
    Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well independently as well as in a team environment in order to meet sales goals
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively with appropriate empathy
