    Advantage Business Marketing has an immediate opening for an Administrator Analyst. This position will be responsible for providing instantaneous data analytics outlining, summarizing and explaining metrics relating to sales, ad performance, audience makeup and other answers to data driven specific questions requested by internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a strong understanding of data as it relates to client goals in order to evaluate campaign progress at a glance.


    Effectively and professionally support clientele in understanding their dashboard metrics during campaign deployment. Responsibilities include tracking and monitoring client campaigns and communicating back recommendations for successful outcomes. Position is expected to run filtered, routine ad hoc reports using our standard pre-built reports specific to the needs of the requestor.

    Must understand the data relationships and possess the ability to identify missing, incomplete, invalid or inconsistent information while escalating such to the BI team for immediate resolution. Will be expected to export data to other platforms for more direct analysis. Ability to handle chat, email and phone support while handling other routine projects simultaneously.


    BA Degree preferred. Will consider equivalent work experience.
    Advanced Excel skill set a MUST.

    A Plus if you know:
    Salesforce CRM and Marketing platform
    Google Analytics & Google DFP
    Tableau or other BI/reporting tools
