We are seeking self motivated sales professionals looking for a career to join our team and be home based in the Chicago, IL regional area. Regional Sales Directors are responsible for new client acquisition as well as growing and supporting existing clients in a Midwest territory. Success will be based on the ability to grow the number of new clients and also the total sales with existing clients. You will be responsible for your business—from sales strategy and prospecting to consultation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and client growth in your market offering a multi-faceted sales approach including digital products, print products, video, and marketing services
• Build a pipeline of prospects from all available sources
• Manage projects directly and collaborate with other team members
• Maintain an accurate and up to date client database using Salesforce
• Partner with marketing team to create thought provoking campaigns to drive interest

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing new business revenue, and managing the sales process
• Results oriented, motivated by success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as to work as part of a team
• 3+ years proven sales experience, preferably within the digital space
• Experience with Salesforce (or another CRM system)
• Bachelors’ degrees are preferred but prior sales experience is great too
